The Business Department at Motherwell College aims to ensure that trainees gain the skills and qualifications relevant to today’s job market. In recognition of the fact that many professionals would like to develop their skills, but struggle to find the time in the average working day, many of the courses on offer by the Department are available on a flexible basis, for example, twilight, day-release and distance learning. We aim to be at the forefront of new developments in the curriculum: Motherwell College is the first centre in Scotland to be approved to offer the new Diploma in Business Competence.
