CRL achieved IIP accreditation in 2000, at the first attempt. The IIP reviewer was very impressed with the collaborative, productive relationship between CRL and Motherwell College.
The success of the partnership over the years is demonstrated by the number of employees in both depots, who have developed their skills and knowledge and achieved recognisable qualifications, which has helped them develop their own careers in CRL. Many employees, from both sites, have progressed from the warehouse floor, to become Managers, Team Leaders and Charge hands.
