Vehicle Fitting Operations (Fast Fit) - Level 3
This course provides the essential knowledge for vehicle fitting supervisors working in all types of garages, dealerships, fast fit and specialist tyre depots.
The course uses a mix of theory and practical aspects of the following: Procedures for quality of outputs and supporting colleagues, coordinating the receipt and storage of parts, processing payment transactions, helping customers to choose products, monitoring and solving customer service problems, working with others to Improve customer service and planning, monitoring and adjusting staffing levels and schedules.
The course is recognised by the Sector Skills Council as a VRQ/Technical Certificate; which can be used as evidence of underpinning knowledge in a related Modern Apprenticeship framework.
Entry Requirements
Level 2 in Vehicle Fitting Operations or equivalent.
Further Study/Employment
This course prepares you for carrying out a supervisory role within the vehicle-fitting sector of the automotive industry.
