Support and Advice

We try to make learning at Motherwell College as enjoyable an experience as possible. To do this, we offer more than just academic support for our students. Our Learner Services team is situated in the Advice Centre on the ground floor of the main teaching block, close to Reception. You can speak to someone there throughout the College day.

Learner Services staff can give you advice on areas such as:

We aim to provide information, advice and guidance on all aspects of student life and will deal with your enquiries as helpfully and effectively as we can. Just drop in and ask to speak to one of the team.

Students with a Disability or Additional Support Need

At Motherwell College we are committed to supporting all our students. We recognise that everyone is different and we do our best to provide appropriate and effective assistance to reflect this.

A wide range of courses are available at College to support students with personal and learning needs. We have systems in place to assist students who have dyslexia; general learning disabilities; autistic spectrum disorders; visual and hearing impairments; mental health difficulties; physical disabilities; and health or medical conditions.
