President
Be the prime representative of the Students' Association
Attend other relevant Colleges committees and report back to the Students' Association
Normally lead delegations to conferences and meetings with external bodies
Chair the meetings of the Students' Association Executive Committee
Maintain a rota for the supervision of the Student Lounge during Break times. This will help make the students aware of the Members of the Executive Committee
Vice President
Be a second in command to the President
Attend other relevant Colleges committees and report back to the Students' Association in the absence of the President
Ensure good communications between other members of the Executive Committee
Attend delegations to conferences and meetings with external bodies with the President
Chair the meetings of the Students' Association Executive Committee in the absence of the President
Publicity Officer
Publicise events and articles using the various media available
Produce flyers & Posters for Student events
Upkeep of the Students' Association Website
Keep the Student' Association Notice Board up to date and tidy
Organise photographs of events arranged by the Students' Association
Entertainments Officer
Plan a programme of events with the Students and other members of the Executive Committee.
Arrange the events
Work with the Publicity Officer in the content of the posters and flyers
Responsible for the selling of the tickets for the events and the collection of the money
Arrange Fund Raising events in conjunction with the Fund Raiser

Raise funds for the Students' Association
Raise funds for Charities
Arrange Fun events for the students in conjunction with the Entertainments Officer e.g. Pool Tournaments

Organise and publicise the Minutes from the Students' Association meetings
Draw up and Circulate the Agendas prior to the meetings
Responsible for logging incoming and outgoing mail
Responsible for producing letters and ensuring copies are kept for filing
